Sunoco Inc has been for many years a very valuable client to our company. We have completed over 300 projects with Sunoco ranging from re-imaging of the majority of their locations in MD, DE and VA from the acquisition of over 150 Mobil Oil locations, to re-development of entire locations. This particular project consisted of achieving a very complicated Zoning Approval and Conditional Use approval for the conversion of the Service Station to a Convenience Store. Our company proceeded to take the project through Land Development approvals and PennDOT approvals, upon approval of the zoning, and assisted in the construction management of the project in order to finalize the development.
