Our office assisted the developer in completing the first Phase of a major commercial office project in the Philadelphia Suburban Area. The project is located on 24 Acres of land and will involved the redaptive re-use of an existing manufacturing facility and the construction of an 84,000 sf multi-story office building. The project is also part of an initiative by the Tenant to obtain a Platinum rating for LEED Certification. Our office has designed the site plan to obtain the maximum amount of LEED Credits to assist in obtaining the Platinum Rating.
