Our company specializes in representing and designing for major corporate commercial clients. Gap, Inc. in association with Trammell Crow asked us to complete the tenant improvement designs for an Old Navy facility. The challenges associated with this project resulted from coordination with existing loading facilities, grade differential in the front of the store and an extensive sign and store front system.
