Mixed Use Development
Cornerstone worked with a private developer to take an under utilized parcel of land and expand it's use potential. The existing property consisted of a single free standing bank with a considerable amount of undeveloped land beyond. Cornerstone provided Land Development and architectural services to incorporate a new building for ground floor retail and upper level office space. Special consideration in materials were made to respect the residential zone behind the site while still accomplishing an upscale retail facade.
