Cornerstone worked with a private developer to take an abondaned Feed Mill building and convert it into a 15 unit apartment structure. Our goal was to take the existing Feed Mill structure and retain as much of the original charater, while meeting the needs of the new use. The scope of the project consisted of re-zoning the property to multi-family residentail, Land Development approval, and architectural desgn.
