Mr. Anderson currently serves as the Chief Operational Officer and a active Professional Engineering Manager as a Principal Partner of Cornerstone. Mr. Anderson is responsible for the coordination, management and design of numerous multi-faceted projects, inclusive of commercial, residential and industrial developments. John's 20 years of Engineering experience with project design and permitting are essential to the development of our client's projects. His areas of expertise specifically lie in procurement of zoning, land development and building permit approvals; hydrologic modeling studies; flood studies; wastewater conveyance and treatment designs, DOT design and permitting; DEP NPDES and conservation district designs and all other aspects of design as required by Cornerstone's clients.

Mr. Metzgar is currently the corporations Chief Executive Officer and has been involved with building and site designs for over twenty years. His vast experience with a variety of corporate and private clients, lends a valuable resource to Cornerstone's clientele.

As a seasoned veteran of the design industry, Mr. Stein has been offering professional architectural services for over 40 years. Lester's experiences offer the knowledge needed to serve Cornerstone's diverse client base. Lester's career in architecture has included multitudes of municipal and educational facility designs not to mention countless commercial and residential facilities.

Marianna currently oversees the general management of the Cornerstone administrative team. With a Business Administration degree and over 20 years of office and financial management, Marianna has the background to confidently guide our team as Cornerstone continues to expand in all departments. Responsible for circulating information throughout the company, as well as coordinating the efforts of the Office Administration staffs, Marianna assures the solid core that Cornerstone relies on to serve its clients.

Currently Jena handles all invoicing, interoffice correspondence and gathers all needed information for incoming clients. As a graduate of the Business Management program at Northampton Community College she is familiar with all aspects of business transactions. In addition to office duties her knowledge extends into marketing to new clients and projecting the Cornerstone image. Her knowledge and experience make her a valuable asset to the Cornerstone team.

Kristine performs various duties associated with running the Lansdale office, including typing correspondence, answering the phone and ordering supplies. In addition to her administrative tasks, Kristine is involved with attending networking events to maintain community presence and researching information about local municipalities. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University, Kristine also obtained her paralegal diploma from The Philadelphia Institute and she is a licensed Realtor in the state of Pennsylvania.

Currently Mr. Fruck handles the management of the Lehigh Valley Office's civil engineering department, thus providing excellent account / project management, plan review, expert hearing testimony, and extensive project design for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Types of projects range from program work to large scale planned residential and commercial lifestyle and retail centers, and include all aspects of Zoning, site plan and layout design, grading, storm-water management and utility design and construction plan preparation.

Currently Mr. Peyros handles the management of the Cornerstone Consulting mechanical engineering department where he oversees all aspects of HVAC Engineering and Design, providing project management, plan review and extensive project design for a variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects. This includes new construction as well as renovation and expansion of existing facilities.

Ms. Cunningham is a graduate of Purdue University, where she attained a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, and has been with Cornerstone from 2003 to present. She has been a vital part of growing the civil engineering division in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley Offices. Leslie has brought a level of excellence through her skills in the preparation of residential, commercial and industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. She has provided services including excellent project management support, plan review, hearing testimony, zoning, site design, grading, storm-water management and utility design. Ms. Cunningham's attention to detail and design practices have contributed to Cornerstone's continued growth, development and client base.

Mr. Shurilla's 40 years of experience in Engineering brings a diverse level of competencies to the Cornerstone Design Team. Mr. Shurilla has served as a principal engineer in several firms, managing a multitude of projects from Multi-million dollar industrial complexes and bridge designs to residential installations. Mr. Shurilla's involvement with your project will assure the highest level design quality.

Mr. Bokas is a Professional Land Surveyor with more than thirty-two years of licensed experience. Dedication to his profession, demand for accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills allow Mr. Bokas to provide a quality product serving our clients' ever demanding needs. From a simple property line dipute or a full ALTA certification, Mr. Bokas offers the total solution.

Mr. Romich is a Professional Surveyor with years of field experience. He brings an energetic, and business oriented attitude to the profession. Steve's role within the firm is to coordinate the survey teams for all offices to assure our clients are being served in a timely and efficient manner. His special attention to customer satisfaction and enjoyment of client interactions make him an essential part of the Cornerstone team.

Mr. Hyer inspires strong team collaboration , with his task oriented style and years of active military service. Drexel University Educated, David currently oversees the Lansdale Office Architectural Department through every aspect of commercial and residential design. Preliminary client consultation to final design development and project completion, Dave's years of experience and dedication contribute greatly to Cornerstone's growth and our clients' success with the development of their projects.

As a graduate of the Masters of Architectural Engineering program from the University of Leeds, England and further study at Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Coppack's diverse experience and educational background make for an essential part of the Cornerstone Management Team. Mr. Coppack is currently responsible for the management of one of Cornerstones architectural design teams. Specializing in commercial restaurant and office facility design, James' attention to detail and hands on management practices have contributed to Cornerstone's continued growth, development and client base.

Mr. Roberts is a highly motivated, energetic self starter with an aptitude for attention to detail. His ability to articulate client's needs and requirements into a graphic plethora of functional and appealing project data is impeccable. Erik has an extensive background ranging from $50K residential additions to $110M commercial projects and has an array of experience with construction types from wood framed to steel frame and curtain wall as well as masonry / concrete systems.

With more than 8 years of construction/design experience Mr. Lang is a highly motivated, team player with a eye for detail. Whether in design or construction stage his knowledge and expertise will aid you and your project through to its completion.

Mr. Kupski is an alumni of the University of Cincinnati's college of Mechanical Engineering. Jason's past experiences with the regional structural engineering division of one of the worlds leading concrete shoring companies Provided him with an unparalleled understanding of client expectation & deadline management, not to mention technical ability. Additionally Mr. Kupski has developed an extensive restaurant design background assisting our franchise clients in layouts while maintaining a strong pension for daily operation and function Mr. Kupski was one of Cornerstone's initial employees, and through his hard work and dedication he is a manager that is paramount to our clients success in development.

Matthew is a graduate of Drexel University, where he attained a Bachelor of Architecture. He has been with Cornerstone from 2006 to present, and has been a vital part of growing the Architectural division in the Philadelphia Office. Matt has brought a level of excellence through his skills in the preparation of residential, commercial and institutional projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has provided services including project management, plan review, design development, and construction observation. Matthew's attention to detail and design practices have contributed to Cornerstone's continued growth, development and client base.

Mr. Kingery began his career at Cornerstone with an internship in 2005. Immediately, his aptitude for learning new concepts and ideas, combined with his ability to problem solve and finish projects quickly made him an obvious choice as a full time member of Cornerstone's Architectural Team. Since that time, he has worked hard using his B.A. in Political Science from Ursinus College to provide a high level of positive communication both in the office and out. Mr. Kingery writes a majority of our marketing materials, and is now the main point of contact with several of our corporate clients.

Mr. Remy has used the skills in earned degrees in Civil Engingineering and Mechanical Engineering throughout his career on a variety of commercial, residential and industrial projects. His work experiences range from structural design of bridges, precast prestressed concrete structures, light gage steel product development and mechanical designs of complex multi-discipline steel plant equipment through his service at the former Bethlehem Steel Plant. Additionally, Mr. Remy's engineering and surveying abilities have given him many years of experience in all phases of land development. As a licensed Professional Engineer in NJ, PA, MD and a Professional Land Surveyor in PA, NJ, DE., Mr. Remy is always a integral part of the Cornerstone design team.
